Booking Boats for Races

Club boats can be booked in advance for races organised by Paddle Victoria. The boat number and paddle number should be entered in the club boat booking register in the section provided for each race, along with your name.

Club members using club boats for races are expected to assist with loading boats onto the club trailer before and unloading them back at the clubhouse after the race.

Club members can also request use of club boats and equipment for other races and events (not organised by Paddle Victoria). If you want to use club equipment for use at other events:

• First check the sign-out book for any other bookings
• Complete request form and agreement (see website https://www.incc.org.au/the-club/using-club-facilities)
• Email the form to the Boat Captain at least seven days before the requested collection date.
• Members using club boats for other events are liable for any loss incurred due to damage or theft.
• If you are transporting a club boat you must use appropriate equipment (roof racks with boat cradles, good quality tie-downs etc) and ensure the boat is secure at all times.
